Pet Care collects the information you provide to run your account: contact details, family and child profiles (including any care instructions you add), caregiver applications and credentials, booking history, messages sent on the platform, and payment records for membership and booking fees.

How we use it

Your information is used only to operate the service: matching families with caregivers, processing payments, sending booking notifications, and meeting our legal obligations. Child profile details are shared only with caregivers confirmed for your bookings.

What we never do

We never sell your personal information. We never share your family's details with anyone outside of Pet Care and the caregivers you book, except service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, email, payments) or where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can update your information from your dashboard at any time, and you can ask us to close your account and delete your data by contacting us.
